Leadership: Remember these ten


Leaders must take the lead in everything they ask their subordinates to do.

The power of a good example is endless, and the power of a bad example is endless.


Subordinates have opinions, which are not necessarily bad things; it is not necessarily a good thing for leaders to be silent when they arrive.


A smart leader must never kiss or plan.


It is impossible to establish your own prestige by demeaning the collective or others.


Don’t assign heavy responsibility to the following: People who only report good news to leaders without worrying; People who tout leaders in person but never make comments; People who treat leaders and subordinates with two opposite attitudes; Special talksPeople who are inconsistent without talking about their merits; people who want their benefits every time and turn their faces as long as they don’t get it once.


Although some subordinates have inadequate deficiencies, they cannot find outstanding advantages; some subordinates have inconspicuous deficiencies, but also have outstanding advantages.

Roughly, subordinates in the latter category often experience better work.


It is better to influence subordinates by using power than by actions.


Different subordinates are not doing mechanical movements, and their trajectories are ever-changing: when they are happy, they have no complaints even if they are dirty and heavy work; when they are in a bad mood, even their hands are counted.

One of the leaders’ important responsibilities is to create harmonious interpersonal relationships.


When people are not in power, they all hate the ass. But once they are in power, they also like the ass.

It’s best to remember that the real purpose of flattering is to get on your own.


Subordinates can tolerate the rigors of strict systems and work, but can’t stand the unreasonable violation of personality.
